Here at Munin Baruah Memorial Music College (MBMMC), we assess all our students through periodic music exams to promote them to a higher class. MBMMC conducts the final examinations of the singing and instrument courses either on the last months of the year or during the first months of the next year of a session.
Examinations for preliminary courses and Guitar course are conducted internally by the college authority in the last months of a session. Our music session starts from March in a year to February of the next year. Examination times may vary in every session.
Eligible students are allowed to appear in the graded music examinations locally conducted by two national or International boards. The faculties of the particular course decide the initial eligibility of a student to appear in the grading examination.

Graded Music Exams are great for improving a full range of music skills and techniques. Moreover, they are great for learning new styles of music and also nurturing your musical skills. Grade Exams and Performance Certificates are available from Entry Level (Debut) up to Grade 8.
An approximate range of dates for each examination is provided well in advance before initiating the application and fee acceptance process.
